As a Market Operations Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for business banking clients, delivering exceptional support, resolving queries, and building strong relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to inbound business banking enquiries via multiple platforms
- Providing accurate information about banking products and services
- Recording customer interactions accurately using CRM systems
- Meeting individual and team performance targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Following banking policies, compliance standards, and data protection requirements
