Market Operations Associate | Sydney NSW | Business Banking | 12-Month Contract | $38.89 + Super per hour

We are partnering with a Big 4 Bank to recruit for a Market Operations Associate to join their Business Banking division in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate candidates with strong customer service, administration, contact centre or operational experience to step into a professional banking environment and develop their knowledge across multiple products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer and internal enquiries via email, portal and phone
• Provide professional and efficient inbound phone support, with calls averaging up to approximately 10 per day
• Process a variety of transactional banking requests
• Respond to operational enquiries across multiple systems and platforms
• Liaise with stakeholders across Australia
• Work across four core banking products and systems
• Investigate enquiries and identify appropriate solutions
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

About You:

We are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals who enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented environment.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in customer service, administration or high-volume operational environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
• Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with positive mindset

To set you up for success, you will receive 12 weeks of full-time, in-office training, covering the systems, products and processes required for the role.
Following successful completion of training, the position will move to a hybrid working model.
