The Role Working within a fast-paced environment, you will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing residential conveyancing files from start to settlement
  • Reviewing contracts of sale, disclosure statements and related documentation
  • Providing legal advice throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Conducting and interpreting relevant property searches
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers and agents to ensure smooth settlements
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards and AML obligations
  • Managing file administration and documentation with strong attention to detail
About You
  • Licensed Conveyancer or Admitted Solicitor in Australia
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within conveyancing/property law
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
  • Knowledge of lending procedures, trust accounting principles and PPSR requirements
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume transactions
