Our client is a growing national property law and conveyancing firm seeking an experienced South Australian Licensed Conveyancer to join their expanding team.

This is a newly created position offering genuine ownership of your own portfolio, with the support of an experienced national team, dedicated technical and compliance support, and modern technology.

The Role

• Manage your own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan matters from start to settlement.
• Prepare and review contracts, Form 1 documentation and related conveyancing documents.
• Manage settlements via PEXA.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors.
• Manage a busy but achievable caseload with paralegal and administrative support.

About You

• Current South Australian Conveyancing License / Practicing Certificate.
• Min. 2 years' experience independently managing conveyancing files.
• Strong knowledge of South Australian property legislation and conveyancing processes.
• Residential conveyancing experience essential; commercial and/or off-the-plan experience highly regarded.
• Confident using PEXA; triConvey experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of your files.
