Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential conveyancing files from start to settlement
- Reviewing contracts of sale, disclosure statements and related documentation
- Providing legal advice throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Conducting and interpreting relevant property searches
- Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers and agents to ensure smooth settlements
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards and AML obligations
- Managing file administration and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Licensed Conveyancer or Admitted Solicitor in Australia
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within conveyancing/property law
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
- Knowledge of lending procedures, trust accounting principles and PPSR requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume transactions
