What is the role?
You will work as a Sales Professional, within the sales and distribution arm of the company, utilising your strong communication and sales skills to manage and influence the active client base to effectively meet their investment needs.

This will involve liaising with clients through various mediums, including face to face, in the flagship store, over the phone and through email-based correspondence.This will help to determine client needs and further educate these existing clients on company products and market data, to effectively assist client buying decisions.
Further, you will perform lead generation by working with prospective clients to effectively convert sales and begin their investing journey. When undertaking these tasks, you will adhere to standard operating procedures to enhance compliance and reduce risk, whilst producing high quality work and excellent customer service.
What will my day to day look like?

Full time AND part-time (10am - 3pm) roles available!
Within this role, you will have a large variety of responsibility. These include:  
  • Meet and greet customers in a busy store environment 
  • Process transactions 
  • Manage high volume inbound enquiries
  • Perform lead generation
  • Identify opportunities for cross sell, upsell and referrals
  • Undertake Client Relationship Management tasks such as service reviews.
  • Performing KYC/AML procedures.
  • Understand client needs and effectively provide tailored precious metal investment options
  • Provide feedback on process improvements, suggestions to increase efficiency, reduce risk, automate processes.  
What skills do I need for the role?

You have experience in a direct Sales Role within Financial Services or a Luxury Retail setting and you have a passion for financial markets. You have experience dealing with cash, stock and payment terminals. 

You also have a strong knowledge of Financial Services, with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You are an energetic Sales professional and have experience working in a busy, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
You also have:
  • Strong technical competency with experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team 
  • Resilience & Adaptability
  • Tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness in applying policy.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence to a high standard and a high level and understanding of privacy and confidentiality
  • Relationship management & influencing skills
