In this role, you will:
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of premium and high-net-worth clients
- Drive business development through reactivations, referrals, cross-selling, and market share wins
- Provide proactive, end-to-end service and support to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Conduct client meetings, daily phone calls, and market updates to engage and educate clients
- Execute trades for clients where authorised, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance
- Act as a trusted brand ambassador and subject-matter expert in financial markets
- Contribute to strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives (particularly at Senior RM level)
- Participate in client events, webinars, and education sessions
Your performance will be centred around:
- Meeting business revenue targets
- Client meetings and proactive engagement
- Daily phone activity and pipeline management
- Business development activity, including reactivations and cross-selling
- Maintaining the highest service standards to drive client retention and satisfaction
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- 3+ years (Relationship Manager) or 5+ years (Senior Relationship Manager) experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service, ideally within financial markets
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence high-value clients
- Drive and resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business growth
- RG146 compliance (or willingness to obtain)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience managing teams or contributing to team strategy
- Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
- Advanced skills in reporting, analysis, and process improvement
