What will my day to day look like?
  
You will:

• Engage with colleagues and third parties to ensure client instructions and/or queries are implemented/resolved accurately and promptly, and ongoing work is tracked and progressed.

• Draft basic written client communication (e.g., responses to straight forward email queries).

• Generate daily tracking sheets for use/tracking by the broader team.

• Look after the end to end management of the mail room.

• Answer the general office phone line.

• Manage of staff resources (e.g. stationery)

• Look after the upkeep of the office including meeting rooms.

You will also: 

• Update and maintain client information within business standards and protocols.

• Assist in preparing material prior to client meetings.

• Undertake post-meeting work after debriefing.

• Provide assistance in the generation of material to be issued to clients.

• Research and sourcing of information as required to deliver client advice & service including obtaining information for a newly onboarded client.

• Manage the timely and successful onboarding of new clients.

• Look after the end to end management of Private Ancillary Fund (PAF) annual distribution requirements.

• Assist the Risk Adviser with the end to end insurance process as required.

You are an organized administrator with a great eye for detail and a love for processing/office admin tasks. Repetitive work doesn't phase you as you find joy in the particulars. 

You have a motivated 'can-do' attitude and thrive in a fast paced environment. 

You enjoy being part of a small team with a close-knit nature and would love to learn and grow within a supportive company with great values.
