As a Junior in our Client Services & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing support across various functions, including client services, operations, and back-office tasks. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Compliance, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of our team.
What skills will I need?
You are a fluent Mandarin speaker (with strong English speaking skills) who has experience within Financial Markets, ideally in a CFD trading firm, as well as having great client services skills and a strong eye for detail.

- Non-degree tertiary education, associate degree holder, or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Customer service orientation, a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good understanding of compliance and ASIC regulations
- Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.
