What will my day to day look like?

As an Events/Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact seminars and bespoke events across Australia. From coordinating approximately 20 annual seminars to organising exclusive investor engagements like evening events, site visits, and webinars, you’ll oversee every aspect of the event life cycle.

In addition to events, you’ll support marketing initiatives, manage branded materials, and ensure seamless client communication through CRM tools. 

Collaborating with our sales and registry teams, you’ll help nurture client relationships and enhance the investor experience.

What will my day to day look like?

Event Planning & Management
  • Organise seminars, webinars, and bespoke events such as site visits and private club engagements.
  • Scout and book venues, negotiate contracts, and handle logistics including AV equipment, menus, and location branding.
  • Maintain the events calendar and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Client Engagement & Communications
  • Manage attendee registrations, inquiries, and event follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist in nurturing client relationships by coordinating post-event materials, conducting surveys, and facilitating discussions with potential investors.
  • Work closely with the Registry Team to ensure compliance with KYC/AML processes and smooth client onboarding.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
  • Promote events across channels such as the company website, social media, and newsletters.
  • Develop and execute referral programs to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to update presentations and marketing collateral.
Merchandising & Branding
  • Source, manage, and distribute branded materials (e.g., pens, brochures, welcome bags).
  • Ensure all content and materials align with brand guidelines.
CRM & Database Management
  • Update and maintain client information
  • Track client interactions and feedback to enhance the investor experience.
Vendor Coordination & Financial Oversight
  • Liaise with caterers, AV specialists, guest speakers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and financial reporting for all events.
Post-Event Analysis
  • Analyse attendee feedback, evaluate event ROI, and compile detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies to improve event quality and client engagement.
What skills and experience do I need for the role?
You are a recent Marketing Graduate with an energetic/passionate nature and a desire to grow within the property investment/finance field or you have several years Marketing Assistant experience and are looking for a change.

You also have:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive), email marketing tools (Vision 6), and digital marketing platforms.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach with a passion for property-based investments.
