What will my day to day look like?
Office based work - 5 days a week
Hours - on a rotating roster, 8 hour shifts between 6am and 6pm
Here, you will take inbound calls and assist clients with queries relating to the in-house CFD and stockbroking platforms (a website/app which lets people manage their trading). This could be helping them get logged in/set up on the system, troubleshooting technical issues, or giving them information about their account.
You may also:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling of company products & services
- Record client information in relevant internal systems
- Process applications, payments, and transfers for Investment related products
- Provide administrative support to other business units
You have strong knowledge of/interest in the CFD trading industry, with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You are a hard worker and have experience working in a busy, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
You also have:
- Fluent in Cantonese (able to read, write and speak Cantonese).
- Good commercial acumen
- A customer first attitude
- Ability to execute projects on deadline in an ever-changing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Marketing etc.)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
