If you’re a Customer Service and Sales Specialist looking for a long-term, stable career with a high-performing, fast-paced, and energetic Sydney team this is your opportunity.
Please note: This is a 100% phone-based role.
While you will work across two office locations (CBD & Inner West), your day-to-day client interaction is entirely over the phone. Confidence, clarity, and comfort speaking with HNW clients by phone are absolutely essential.
What will my day-to-day look like:
- 100% phone-based client engagement
- Speaking with a wide range of clients luxury, retail, SMSF, and high-net-worth individuals
- Working with gold, silver, platinum, and palladium products
You will also:
- Build strong connections with customers managing new and existing client portfolios over the phone
- Promote products, storage solutions, and services
- Support broader business development goals
- Help new leads place their first transaction and manage ongoing relationships
- Stay current with legislation and market updates
- Conduct KYC, compliance checks, and onboarding tasks
- Provide expert knowledge on precious metals
- Work proactively to achieve sales budgets and targets
- Assist with data analysis and financial reporting
- Support dispatch (stock management) and cashroom tasks as required
A Finance, Commerce, or Business graduate or someone with proven sales and client-service experience. You’re confident building strong client relationships, and you thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
You also have:
- Full working rights in Australia, no work restrictions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a busy, fast-paced setting
- A positive “can-do” attitude and collaborative mindset
- The ability to set and deliver on sales goals
- An interest in precious metals or commodities
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
