What will my day to day look like? 

We have 2 roles available. 
  • Customer Service Representative - Full Time - perm
  • Operations Associate - Full Time - Temp 6 Months (with a view to extend) 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide superior levels of internal customer service by responding to and managing inbound stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues relating to the stockbroking platform
  • Managing high volume inbound calls, emails and live chat
  • Identify opportunities to improve the processes 
  • Undertake investigations in respect to stakeholder requests and/or as a result of exception based issues
  • Process applications within agreed turnaround times
  • Complete general administrative duties as required
  • Practise prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks
As an Operations Associate (back-office assistant) you will be responsible for: 

Data Entry
  • Accurately input customer information, trades, and other relevant data into the firm's systems.
  • Regularly update records to reflect any changes or corrections.
Customer Account Management
  • Make necessary updates and changes to customer accounts, such as contact information or account settings.
  • Handle email-based account-related queries and ensure that customer information is up-to-date.
Processing KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Collect and verify the necessary documents to comply with KYC regulations.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Document Handling
  • Manage the documentation process, including scanning, filing, and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Ensure that all documents are securely stored and easily accessible for audits or compliance checks.
Compliance and Accuracy
  • Ensure that all data entry and documentation processes comply with industry regulations.
  • Double-check entries and documents to minimize errors and maintain data accuracy.
What skills do I need? 

You must have PR or citizenship.

You are a recent graduate with a passion and interest in the Stockbroking/Banking industry. You are motivated to learn and work hard in a fast paced, high volume environment. 

You also have:
  • Administration and/or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong processing skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Great technological skills
