Why is this role for me?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Specialist seeking a long-term commitment to join a high performing, fast faced and energetic team in Sydney.

What will my day to day look like?
  • 5 days in CBD showroom - 10am - 3pm hours
  • Speaking with a variety of clients - luxury / SMSF / HNW clients 

You will provide expert knowledge to assist the clients with their precious metal purchases by being welcoming and enthusiastic whilst maintaining an excellent level of product and market knowledge.

You will also:  
  • Build strong connections with customers - managing new and existing client portfolios over the phone and face to face in the store
  • Promote products, storage, and services
  • Support business development objectives
  • Assist new leads to place their first transaction & on-going relationship management
  • Keep up to date with current legislation and market updates
  • Conduct KYC and compliance checks / complete onboarding tasks
  • Provide expert knowledge on precious metals
  • Work proactively to achieve sales budgets and targets
  • Assist with data analysis and financial reporting
  • Bring your ideas to collaborate on seeking out new and exciting opportunities for growth
What skills and experience do I need?

You have proven sales experience ideally with Financial Services with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Bank Teller / high-end retail service backgrounds would also suit this role!

You also have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong multitasking skills in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Positive 'can do' attitude, and a team player
  • Ability to set and deliver sales goals
  • An interest in precious metals/commodities
