What will my day to day look like?
  • Deliver high-touch support to global clients — particularly institutional and professional accounts in Hong Kong and greater APAC
  • Own core trade-lifecycle functions: settlements, reconciliations, account operations, back-office controls
  • Provide MT4/MT5 platform support including client bridge monitoring, liquidity connectivity, pricing feeds, and API troubleshooting
  • Partner closely with Sales/BDM teams to ensure seamless onboarding and quick resolution of operational or platform issues
  • Use operational and trade data to improve efficiency and reduce risk across the business
What skills and experience do I need?

You have:
  • Experience in CFD brokerage or leveraged trading environments
  • Knowledge of MT4/MT5 infrastructure, FIX/API requirements, and bridging technology
  • Fluent Cantonese (mandatory) — Mandarin/other APAC languages are beneficial
  • Confident communicator with the ability to support sophisticated clients under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and an eye on future progression toward Sales or BDM roles, if desired
