What will my day to day look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Operational Oversight: Full understanding of business functions (Operations, Compliance, Legal) to enable product and service delivery. Immediate response to operational issues, coordinating with overseas teams where needed.
- Finance, Accounting & Treasury: Oversee books and records, ensure smooth execution of month-end processes, and manage business and employee expense frameworks. Troubleshoot and oversee client deposit and withdrawal activities.
- Project & Change Management: Lead projects across various business functions, working with local and global stakeholders to define, implement, and optimise business processes.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyse business data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

You have:
- An understanding of trade flow preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong background in finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
- Experience in project management and change implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach with a drive for operational excellence.
