The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a CFD Sales star to join a small and experienced business unit within the larger organisation and be pivotal in growing its client base and driving its commercial success.

Working closely with the company’s management and internal stakeholders, you will manage all aspects of sales cycle including the ongoing management of the relationship, to ensure all client and company needs are met and the relationship optimised.

Your Main Responsibilities: 
  • Researching, identifying and exploring sales opportunities amongst IB’s & Affiliates and other clients.
  • Manage your own book of clients from initial contact right through the sales cycle and ongoing management of the relationship.
  • Understanding the marketplace and competitor offerings and market positioning.
  • Apply consultative selling practices to help identify prospective client needs and to be able to present relevant bespoke solutions to meet the prospective clients needs.
  • Negotiate and prepare commercial terms and partner agreements, liaising with internal stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Provide weekly and monthly pipeline and outcome focused reports to management 
     The Requirements:  
  • Minimum 3 Years financial markets experience with a strong understanding of OTC and Exchange based markets.
  • Proven Business Development/Relationship Management experience with a preference for IB’s & Affiliates. Really need CFD Sales experience.
  • Professional and confident communicator, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the corporate structure.
  • Experience with trading software/aggregation/bridge and similar technology systems would be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work collaboratively across all skills and departments.
