Are you a recent finance graduate, former business owner, or someone with IT, call centre, retail, or hospitality experience? This Big4Bank Call Centre in Wantirna South is looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in two exciting roles.

Available Roles:

1. Business Banking Servicing Advisor

Support our business customers with their banking needs while building a strong foundation for your career in business banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism.
  • Educate and assist business banking customers with account-related queries.
  • Offer expert advice on financial products and services, referring to relevant departments when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ASIC Standards and Industry Code of Practice.
Example Customer Queries:
  • Resetting account access and resolving lockouts.
  • Guiding customers through account updates and banking tools.
  • Assisting with transfer issues and other account-related matters.
2. Merchant Servicing Advisor

Join our Merchant Servicing Team and provide expert solutions to business customers, helping them manage their EFTPOS and HICAPS terminals effectively. Perfect for former business owners who empathize with customer challenges or IT professionals seeking a business banking career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and provide first-call resolution.
  • Support business customers in servicing their NAB EFTPOS and HICAPS terminals.
  • Ensure adherence to ASIC Standards and Industry Code of Practice.
Example Customer Queries:
  • Updating surcharge settings for Visa Debit transactions.
  • Redirecting Amex payments to different accounts.
  • Troubleshooting HiCaps terminal issues, including Medicare linking errors.
  • Assisting merchants with EFTPOS/HICAPS system outages.
What’s on Offer?
  • Start Date: February 3, 2025.
  • Contract: 12-month assignment with pathways to permanent roles.
  • Pay: $35.86/hour + superannuation.
  • Location: Full-time, on-site: Wantirna South, VIC 3152.
  • Roster: Rotating shifts Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (post-training).
